Andrew Salgado

Andrew Salgado is a fresh, young, singer-songwriter knocking on the door of Nashville’s country music industry in search of a label he can call “home”. He’s an amazing talent, a gifted songwriter, and a truly charismatic performer.

During high school, Andrew was introduced to country music while working a summer job at a horse stable. Traveling to county fairs and rodeos, Andrew enjoyed the music, the atmosphere, and the warm friendly people he met at these events. After attending his first country music concert, his vision for becoming a country music star began to take shape.

Andrew immersed himself into songwriting full-time and began to build a catalog of catchy, original songs. His first studio demo garnered national attention, winning semi-finalist awards from Billboard Magazine’s World Songwriting Contest and was named “Artist to Watch” by Skope magazine.

Andrew’s talents have recently attracted an all-star team to help him develop his career. Jim Peterik and Frank Pappalardo bring a wealth of experience to Andrew’s latest project.
Jim Peterik was a founding member of Ides of March and wrote the million-seller "Vehicle". As a member of the band Survivor he wrote "Eye of The Tiger," "I Can't Hold Back," "High On You," and "The Search Is Over.”   Frank Pappalardo is the sound engineer for the PBS hit series "SoundStage".  With over 300 television and recording credits, his considerable engineering and production skills complete Andrew’s recording team.

Andrew has performed his original songs for audiences in places like Chicago’s Soldier Field as well as on network broadcasts like ABC-television’s news magazine “Chicagoing.” His many charity appearances like “The Walk for Autism Speaks” and the” City of Hope Walk for Cancer” speaks volumes about Andrew’s priorities and character.

It is with great pleasure that we introduce you to Andrew Salgado.
